Camp Thundermoon

Camp Thundermoon offers an unforgettable summer full of fun for youth ages 5–14. Campers enjoy traditional camp activities like games, water fun, arts & crafts, sports, and more, all designed to build confidence and friendships that last a lifetime. In addition to our core day camp experience, we offer a variety of specialty programs — including Art, Cooking, Sports, STEM, and Theater Camps— so every child can explore their interests and discover new passions. Bus transportation to and from camp is available for New Britain families, and our camp registration process makes signing up easy. Care4Kids is accepted and Financial Assistance is offered to help families participate. With experienced, caring staff and a welcoming community atmosphere, the New Britain-Berlin YMCA’s Camp Thundermoon provides a safe, active, and joyful environment where every camper can thrive.
