The NBBYMCA is excited to welcome our newest group exercise instructor Haile Cole. Haile will be teaching Yoga and teach Zumba when needed.
Leslie is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, AEA Certified Trainer, and a licensed S’WET Deep and S’WET Shallow Instructor. My focus is training in the pool- our liquid gym.

Any time children are going to be near water, there are rules involved—wear sunscreen, walk/don’t run, no pushing, etc. But here at the Y, there’s one rule that outweighs all the others: Never get in the water without an adult’s permission.

The fact that drowning is silent makes it all the more important to watch children closely when water is around—whether that’s a swimming pool, lake, ocean or even bathtub.
