Outdoor Soccer League
Join our outdoor soccer league where players put their skills into action with weekly games and team play! Each week focuses on teamwork, sportsmanship, and game experience in a fun, supportive environment. Volunteer coaches are encouraged to get involved!

- Ages 4 - 6: Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
- Ages 7 - 9: Saturdays 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
- Ages 10-12: Saturdays 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Frequently Asked Questions
Here are answers to some of the frequently asked questions about the outdoor soccer league.
- What equipment does my child need? Sneakers are required, shin guards are recommended, athletic clothing, and of course a water bottle!
- Will there be a game every week? Yes! Since it is a league, games will be conducted each week.
- Do they get a practice time? Since it’s a league, games will mostly be played. Each session will start off with a stretch, warmup, and drills to teach the basics of the game. We then lead right into games to utilize our new skills learned.
- How do I know what team my child is on? Teams will be announced upon check-in on day one of the league. Once you check in, your child will be handed a jersey to wear each week. The color of their jersey is their set team for the season.

1. If you already have an up-to-date membership, you can register online, by phone at 860.229.3787, or in-person at the New Britain YMCA.
2. If you do not have a membership yet or need to update your membership, please register in-person at the New Britain YMCA.
